Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and consistent across all booking types.
Cancellation & Refund Schedule
More than 4 hours before pickup
Full refund. No cancellation fee applied.
2 to 4 hours before pickup
Half the trip fare is retained as a cancellation fee.
Less than 2 hours before pickup
The full fare is non-refundable due to committed chauffeur time and resources.
No-Show
Client is considered a no-show if not present within the complimentary grace window.
Complimentary Wait Time & Grace Period
Standard Pickups: A complimentary 15-minute grace window is provided at the scheduled pickup time. After this window, the trip may be marked as a no-show.
Domestic Flights (ATL): We provide up to 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after your flight lands. Our chauffeurs monitor your flight in real time.
International Flights (ATL): We provide up to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing to allow for customs and baggage claim.
Events & Peak Date Bookings
All event bookings (weddings, concerts, sporting events, galas) carry a 4-hour minimum.
A 25% peak date surcharge applies on high-demand dates including major Atlanta sporting events, concerts, and holiday weekends.
Event booking cancellations follow the same schedule above. We strongly recommend booking as early as possible to secure your vehicles and preferred timing.

Cancellation time is calculated from when Prince Limousines receives and confirms the cancellation request — not when a message is sent.
Booking Modifications
Changes to pickup time, location, or vehicle type are accommodated subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible for modifications. Significant time changes within the cancellation window may be treated as a new booking.
