Terms & Conditions

By booking a ride with Prince Luxury Limousine ("Prince Limousines," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with a booking. These terms apply to all reservations made via phone, text, email, website, or any booking platform operated by or affiliated with Prince Limousines.

All reservations are considered tentative until a written or electronic confirmation is issued by Prince Limousines. Confirmation is typically provided within 30 minutes of booking. Chauffeur details including name, vehicle, and contact information are sent to the client no later than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Prince Limousines reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

All fares are confirmed at the time of booking. The following additional charges may apply depending on the service: • Gratuity: 20% of base fare (standard) • Fuel Surcharge: 7% of base fare • After-Hours Surcharge: +15% (applies to pickups outside standard daytime hours) • Extra Stops: $15 per additional stop • Meet & Greet (Inside Terminal): $25 • Tolls & Parking: Passed through at cost • Event Minimum: 4-hour minimum for event bookings • Peak Date Surcharge: +25% on high-demand dates (major sporting events, concerts, holidays) All pricing is subject to vehicle availability and confirmed rates in effect at the time of booking. Rates are non-negotiable after confirmation is issued.

Payment is due as outlined at the time of booking. Prince Limousines accepts major credit and debit cards. By providing payment information, you authorize Prince Limousines to charge the confirmed fare, applicable surcharges, and any fees arising from changes, waiting time, or cancellation as described in these terms and in our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations are subject to the following fee schedule: • More than 4 hours before pickup: No charge — full refund • 2 to 4 hours before pickup: 50% of total fare retained • Less than 2 hours before pickup: 100% of total fare retained • No-Show: 100% of total fare retained A complimentary 15-minute grace window is provided at the scheduled pickup time. For airport pickups, we provide 30 minutes (domestic) and 60 minutes (international) of complimentary wait time after the flight lands, with real-time flight monitoring. Cancellation time is calculated from the point when Prince Limousines has confirmed receipt of the cancellation request.

All passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout the duration of the ride. Prince Limousines reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if any passenger: • Engages in verbal or physical abuse toward the chauffeur or any other party • Causes deliberate damage to the vehicle • Engages in illegal activity inside or involving the vehicle • Is visibly intoxicated to a degree that poses a safety risk Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be billed to the booking party. Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

Prince Limousines shall not be held liable for delays, missed flights, missed appointments, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to traffic, accidents, weather events, road closures, acts of God, or third-party disruptions. While we make every effort to ensure punctual service, Prince Limousines does not guarantee specific arrival or departure times. Our liability for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the total fare paid for the trip in question. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left in vehicles.

Prince Limousines operates a curated fleet of executive sedans, luxury SUVs, and Sprinter vans. We reserve the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle when the reserved vehicle is unavailable due to mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances, at no additional cost to the client. Sprinter vans and bus-class vehicles may be operated by vetted affiliate chauffeurs under the Prince Limousines brand.

All Prince Limousines chauffeurs are subject to thorough background checks, hold valid commercial licensing and chauffeur endorsements, have completed defensive driving training, and adhere to a professional dress code. Chauffeurs are instructed to maintain the highest standards of discretion, punctuality, and professionalism on every engagement.

Prince Limousines treats all client information with strict confidentiality. Personal and booking details are used solely for the purpose of providing transportation services and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill the booking (e.g., affiliate chauffeur dispatch). We do not sell client data.

Prince Limousines reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website at www.princelimousines.com. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage clients to review this page periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising from or related to a booking with Prince Limousines shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
