Yes — we operate 24/7, including early morning airport runs starting as early as 3am and late-night arrivals regardless of the hour.

Typically 40–55 minutes. Allow 60–90 minutes during weekday rush hours (about 6:30–9:30 AM and 3:30–7:00 PM) or bad weather. We plan pickups with that peak-hour buffer.

Yes — every vehicle is professionally cleaned and mechanically inspected before each ride. We maintain strict standards for interior cleanliness, vehicle condition, and chauffeur presentation.

Our fleet ranges from 3-passenger Executive Class vehicles to our 8–11 passenger Executive Mercedes Sprinter and our 14-passenger Ford Transit / Mercedes Transit High Roof van. When booking, share your passenger count and we'll match you to the right vehicle. Sprinter seats 8–11, Transit up to 14. Groups of 15+ are quoted individually (mini-coach and motor coach through our partner network).

Prince Limousines does not operate stretch limousines. Our fleet is late-model luxury sedans (including the Mercedes S-Class), premium SUVs (Chevrolet Suburban, Ford Expedition, GMC Yukon), and Mercedes Sprinter and transit vans for groups.

Pricing is based on trip type, distance, vehicle, and duration. Sedan service is starting from $95 and SUV service is starting from $115; Sprinter $210/hr (5-hour minimum); Ford Transit / Mercedes Transit High Roof $145/hr (5-hour minimum); Hourly rates: Executive Class $105/hr, Premium Sedan $200/hr, Executive SUV $120/hr, Premium SUV $156/hr (3-hour minimum); Executive Mercedes Sprinter $210/hr weekdays or $230/hr weekends and Ford Transit / Mercedes Transit High Roof $145/hr (5-hour minimum). City-to-city and weddings are quoted individually. Final fixed price is confirmed before your ride — no surge pricing.

Gratuity is not included in a Prince Limousines fare. At checkout you choose 18%, 20% or 25%. Choose 18% for a straightforward transfer and a higher percentage for a long day, heavy luggage or itinerary changes along the way.

Hourly chauffeur service starts at $105/hr for Executive Class and $120/hr for an Executive SUV, with a 3-hour minimum. Premium Sedans are $200/hr and Premium SUVs $156/hr. Mercedes Sprinters are $210/hr on weekdays and $230/hr on weekends, with a 5-hour minimum. Gratuity is chosen at checkout, and there is no surge pricing.

For a short solo trip, a rideshare is often the lower fare. A pre-booked chauffeur earns its place when certainty matters: Prince Limousines confirms a fixed price before the ride, applies no surge pricing, and Executive Class airport transfers, starting from $95. Rideshare fares can move with demand, particularly around game days and holiday travel.

We accept all major credit cards. Payment details are collected securely at the time of booking through our booking system.

Gratuity is not included in the fare. You choose 18%, 20% or 25% at checkout, so there is no cash to carry and nothing to calculate afterward.

Approved corporate accounts get consolidated monthly invoicing, with payment due Net 30 from the invoice date. Each invoice lists every trip, with the date, passenger, route, vehicle and charges. Retail and one-time clients pay at booking through our reservation system.

No. We don't believe in hidden fees. Your confirmed price includes your chauffeur, vehicle, and route. Any tolls or additional stops are discussed upfront.

Cancellations more than 4 hours before pickup are free. Between 2 and 4 hours before pickup, 50% of the total fare applies. Under 2 hours before pickup or a no-show, 100% of the total fare applies. Full details are on our Cancellation Policy page.

Yes — please request a child seat when booking and we'll ensure the vehicle is properly equipped. Let us know the child's age and weight so we can provide the correct seat type.

Yes — contact us before booking to discuss specific requirements and we'll match you to the most suitable vehicle and ensure the right accommodations.

Riders under 18 need a signed parental consent form, plus a parent or guardian contact, before the trip. The booking must be made and paid for by an adult (18+), who accepts responsibility for the group. An adult chaperone is welcome but not required, unless the school or the parents ask for one. There is zero tolerance for alcohol, drugs or vaping when any rider is under 21. If we find any, the trip ends with no refund and we notify the parents. Pickup and drop-off happen only at the addresses approved on the booking. The chauffeur may not change the route to unapproved stops.
