The Prince Concierge is an automated AI assistant. A team member reviews every booking. When you chat, we collect the messages you type and, if you choose to continue with a quote, the trip details you share (pickup and drop-off, date and time, passengers, luggage, trip type, flight number) and your name, phone number and email address.

When you request a quote, a callback, or ask to speak with a person, the full chat transcript is emailed to our team at [email protected] so we can follow up. Please do not type card numbers or other payment details in the chat; the assistant will not accept them. Payment is handled only through the secure Moovs booking.

We keep chat transcripts for 90 days. A copy of your current conversation is also stored in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off; it is cleared automatically after 90 days, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

When you submit our quote, contact or affiliate forms, we receive the details you enter (such as name, email, phone, trip information and message) and use them only to respond to your request, prepare your quote and provide the service. Bookings are processed through Moovs, our reservation platform, which has its own privacy practices.

Our website and embedded services (such as Google Fonts and the Moovs booking form) may set cookies or use similar technologies needed to load pages, remember your chat conversation on your device, and operate the booking form. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We use your information to respond to inquiries, quote and confirm rides, communicate about your booking, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our booking platform and form and email delivery services) and when required by law.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, including chat transcripts, by emailing [email protected].
